We're not familiar with the Forte 1.6L engine as the 2.0L and 2.4L engines were the only engines offered in the 2010-2013 U.S. Forte.

Does your Forte 1.6L have a MAF sensor?

Typically a bad MAP sensor would give a P0106 code.

P2192 - you should check your primary O2 sensor, look for a bad injector or high fuel pressure, or make sure there is no exhaust leak before the O2 sensor.

Replace MAP sensor with oem factory MAP sensor if after spraying sensor with MAP/MAF cleaner still is malfunctioning.

The air mass adaptation, not enough air, too much air, leaks, ECU/ECM is compensating for too much air or not enough air therfore forcing other vehicles sensors & systems to pick up the slack.

Do not rub, scape, scratch, hit, bang & or dry with napkins/microfiber towel the MAF/MAP sensor. You'll ruin the heating element & or throw off readings.

Spray it & let it air dry, that's it.
